Yeka Hills
Eco-Space is a sustainable urban living initiative aimed at addressing Addis Ababa’s high housing demand. The project, vision design in 2023, covers 172 hectares in the city’s northeast and will provide 50,000 unique and sustainable living spaces. The development will seamlessly blend high-density living with natural surroundings, providing diverse living options, commercial areas, healthcare services, recreational facilities, and transportation routes – all within a vibrant and sustainable community. The project aims to promote social, economic, and environmental sustainability and offer an enabling environment for a better quality of life.
