The development occupies a prominent position on wello-sefer to atlas street. The sleek, modern vertical façade element of the 14 story apartment building creates a unique outdoor balcony between the vertical lines gives access to visual vista to most of the bole area and tropical garden to the front side of the building. The upper most area with its elongated façade element create a modern pergola system which in turn gives shade to the communal area for the residences at the roof top. The 14 story residential tower comprises 14 spacious residences all of them are 3 bedroom typologies, and the ground space left for the car parking.Brewed Geometry: The Chrome Coffee Factory Façade The facade design for the coffee processing factory is a striking representation of the coffee industry, utilizing chrome-painted sheet metal to create a modern and non reflective surface. This design incorporates perforated shapes of coffee beans on an innovative facade composed of extruded triangular pyramidal units, celebrating the essence of coffee while ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Facade Structure: The facade features two prominent inverted U-shaped volumes, each measuring 5 meters in width and 9 meters in height, repeated along an 80-meter stretch of the factory.
