Mrs Feven Sahele residence
This residential building project is crafted for a compact 175 sqm site with a Built-Up Area (BUA) of 125 sqm and a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 425 sqm, embodying an introverted design that capitalizes on its unique urban context. Surrounded by adjacent buildings, the design innovatively incorporates a central open-air atrium that serves as a pivotal source of natural light, ensuring bright and airy interiors without compromising privacy. This atrium acts as the heart of the building, facilitating natural ventilation and creating a serene internal environment that contrasts with the bustling exterior surroundings. The building's modern aesthetic is characterized by an external facade framed by two striking vertical walls, which not only enhance its visual appeal but also define its architectural identity within the urban fabric. These walls serve as both a privacy screen and a structural element, allowing for expansive windows that offer unobstructed views while maintaining seclusion from neighboring properties. The design harmoniously blends form and function, achieving a balance between openness and privacy. This thoughtful approach ensures that residents enjoy a luxurious living experience with a strong connection to the outside world, encapsulated within a stylish and contemporary architectural envelope.
